1. When will my order arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the US takes 3–4 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you after dispatch.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns within 7 days and exchanges within 10 days after customers receive their order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

3. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Simply click the link provided to view real-time updates.

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us immediately at contact@torzly.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are protected by encryption.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We offer free shipping within the United States only.

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, processing begins and modifications may not be possible.

8. My package hasn’t moved or is lost. What should I do?

If tracking shows no updates for several days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement when applicable.
